MIRABELLA V
Mirabella V (MV) is the World’s largest single-masted yacht. The mast is so high, it means the superyacht is unable to pass under any bridge in the world, even the Golden Gate Bridge.
Modern technologies in spars, rigging, sailmaking, powered winches and electronics enable rigs with larger sail areas, higher aspect ratios, larger loads and simpler handling, which enabled Mirabella V to be constructed.
MicroLouvre was installed in the critical areas of air handling ventilation, providing the necessary free air flow within a narrow profile whilst being very light and durable. The fine louvres also act as an insect barrier and are able to withstand corrosion from the elements.
